Please note: 

Documents should not be signed prior to when the notary arrives, however they should be completed. should be completed, but NOT signed before the notary arrives. 

Each signer of a document must have available a valid government photo ID - must have been issued with 5 years of the current date. 

Fees

Fees for Notarization of documents are set and regulated by the California Secretary of State at $15.00 per Notarized Signature. 

In addition to the fees for notarization, an additional charge is included for travel and varies based on distance.
